Magisterial District Judge
n Rusty Rodney Barnes, 23, of 1 North St., Cambridge Springs, was bound over to court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln Zilhaver on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence for a March 10 incident in Cambridge Springs and was released on his own recognizance.
n Dusty Alan Veres, 26, of 532 Arch St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on state police charges of two counts of DUI and one summary traffic offense for a March 29 incident in Woodcock Township and was released on his own recognizance.

n A pickup truck driven by Robert J. Rossi, 61, of 9447 Franklin St., Meadville, was traveling north on Liberty Street at 3:39 p.m. April 24. The truck made a left turn onto Randolph Street through a stop sign, where it was struck by a car driven by Melvin Eugene Simons Jr., 26, of 18635 Jay Drive, Saegertown, which was traveling west on Randolph and had the right of way. No injuries were reported.
n A sport utility vehicle driven by Linda D. Loiacono of 26964 State Highway 77, Guys Mills, was traveling west on Washington Street on April 24 at 5 a.m. The driver told police she blacked out and the vehicle drifted out of the westbound lane, crossed the eastbound lane and entered the parking lot in front of 560 Washington St., where it struck a city-owned utility pole that had two electronic pedestrian-control signals on it. The impact destroyed the pole and a sign and caused significant damage to the front end of the vehicle. Loiacono was transported to Meadville Medical Center by ambulance.

n Courtney L. Graham, 20, of Union City, was driving north at an apparent high rate of speed on Route 89 in Sparta Township at 1:15 p.m. May 3 when she lost control of her vehicle, causing it to cross over the road’s dividing line and strike a vehicle being driven south by Debra G. Howell, 49, of Spartansburg. Graham and one of her passengers, Robert W. Miller III, 21, of Erie, reportedly sustained minor injuries. Charges are pending.

n A Vernon Township resident’s car was damaged after a known individual went to the Suzanne Drive home May 3 at 4:15 a.m. and threw a piece of asphalt at it.
n Charges are pending against two 15-year-old girls after they fled from their court-appointed residence at a Bloomfield Township youth facility at 7:15 a.m. May 6. They were later located and taken into custody without incident.
n Someone broke the windows out of a Titusville man’s two vehicles parked at a Route 27, Oil Creek Township location sometime between 2 p.m. April 12 and 8 a.m. May 3.
n Harassment charges are pending against a 28-year-old Union City man after he allegedly punched a 47-year-old Union City man in the head at a Pine Drive location at 2:55 p.m. May 3.
n Drunk driving charges are pending against a 34-year-old Centerville man after he was allegedly found to be intoxicated during a traffic stop at a Route 77, Athens Township, location at 1:15 a.m. May 4.
n Harassment charges are pending against a 17-year-old boy after he allegedly punched a 20-year-old Meadville man in the head at a Woodcock Township location at 10:30 p.m. May 4.
n Harassment charges are pending against a 45-year-old Harmonsburg woman for allegedly punching a 47-year-old Harmonsburg man in the lip at a Summit Township location at 1 a.m. May 5.

n A gray backpack containing clothing, cell phone, charger and house keys was stolen from the front porch of a Park Avenue residence May 3 at 9:15 p.m.
n An unidentified person entered an unlocked Spring Street apartment between 6 p.m. and midnight on April 29 and took an Xbox 360, games and seven VHS movies.
n An Arch Street resident told police that someone entered his house through the front door April 24 between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and moved a television enough to unplug a PlayStation 3/Play Station 2, which was taken. The resident said all doors were locked when he left and the back door was unlocked when he returned.
