Magisterial District Judge
n Tandi Elise Davis, 21, of 16069 U.S. highways 6 and 19, Meadville, was bound over to court following a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm on Meadville police Department charges of conspiracy to contraband a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility for a Jan. 10 incident and was committed to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
n Everett George Crowley, 42, of 847 Water St., Mead-ville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief for a Feb. 20 incident and was released on his own recognizance.
n Delia Ann Denison, 31, of 794 Water St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of three counts of identity theft and three counts of conspiracy to commit identity theft for Sept. 8, 2006, Aug. 30, 2007, and Dec. 10, 2007, incidents and was released on her own recognizance.
n Jamar Lightning, 31, of 1721 Stewart Ave., Youngstown, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of intent to possess a controlled substance and use or possession of drug paraphernalia for a Feb. 15 incident and was committed to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
n Michael Craig Triplett, 21, of 1005 Berkley Ave., Youngs-town, Ohio, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of manufacturing, delivering or possessing a controlled substance and intent to possess a controlled substance for a Feb. 15 incident and was released on $25,000 bail.
n Daniel William Forsythe, 47, of 782 S. Grant St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on city police charges of one count of driving under the influence, first offense, and one summary traffic violation for a Dec. 23, 2007, incident and was released on his own recognizance.
Crimes
City Police
n A known juvenile took $50 from a table in an Arch Street residence and then left May 4 at 7 p.m.
n The driver’s side mirror of a vehicle owned by a Sarver resident was knocked off while the vehicle was parked on West College Street between 9 a.m. May 3 and 9 a.m. May 4.
n A mailbox was broken off its post on Azalea Drive and stolen between 3 p.m. May 2 and 7:30 a.m. May 3.
n An unlocked vehicle belonging to a Willow Street resident was parked in a parking lot at Fairview/Fairmont apartments between 11 p.m. May 1 and 7:45 a.m. May 2 when a citizen’s band radio and antenna were removed. No damage was reported to the vehicle and no other items were reported stolen.
