Magisterial District Judge
n Rocklin C. Powell, 57, of 9545 Church Road, Espyville, pleaded guilty Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood to a Pennsylvania State Police charge of one count of harassment for an incident Feb. 19 and was ordered to pay a total of $227 in fines and costs.

n An unidentified driver headed east on Sugar Lake Road in Wayne Township at 9:30 p.m. Saturday lost control of the vehicle, causing it to travel into the westbound lane and strike a vehicle being driven by Mark B. Miller, 43, of Meadville. The unidentified driver reportedly fled the scene without providing information as required by law. No injuries were reported.

n The rear bumper on a Meadville man’s vehicle was damaged while the vehicle was parked at a U.S. Highway 6/19, Woodcock Township location around 11:30 p.m. Friday.
n Someone damaged two mailboxes, a wooden post assembly and a cement lion statue at three properties along Wetsell Road in Cussewago Township sometime between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. Sunday.
