- Corey J. Harned, 84 Conneaut Lake Road, Greenville, DUI, pay costs, $150 administrative fee, probation for 12 months.

Vernon Township Area
Magisterial District Judge
- Justin S. Peterson, 26, of 379 Poplar St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Pennsylvania State Police charges of one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on his own recognizance.

Crashes
State Police
- There were minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash at routes 77 and 198 in Blooming Valley at 2:22 p.m. Saturday. Heath Allen Braunns, 26, of Punxsutawney, was driving west on Route 77 when his truck struck the rear of a car driven by Gregory A. McCarl, 26, of Townville that had slowed at the intersection. McCarl and two passengers, Christine S. McLallen, 27 of Townville and Janet A. McLallen, 51, of Townville, had minor injuries. Janet McLallen was released after treatment at Meadville Medical Center. Braunns, McCarl and Christine McLallen all were wearing seatbelts. It was unknown if Janet McLallen was wearing one.
- There were no injuries in a two-vehicle crash at routes 19 and 198 in Saegertown at 11:35 p.m. Friday. Alex M. Karns, 18, of Meadville, was driving south on Route 19 when he attempted to turn his car east onto Route 198 and collided with a northbound truck driven by Jason L. Bailey, 37, of Saegertown. Both Karns and Bailey were wearing seatbelts.
- There were no injuries in a two-vehicle crash on East Lake Road in South Shenango Township at 12:28 p.m. Sunday. William Grate, 70, of Cochranton, was driving north and slowed his truck to turn into a driveway. Matthew Johnson, 29, of Jamestown, driving a car behind Grate and apparently didn’t see Grate slow down. Johnson then attempted to pass Grate’s truck on the right and collided with it. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
