Sentenced Thursday by Crawford County Court of Common Pleas President Judge Gordon R. Miller were:
n Valerie G. Fowler, 20262 Highway 18, Conneautville, possession of drug paraphernalia, pay costs, $250 fine, serve 12 months probation.
n Dale S. Hartz, 4672 Pitts Road, Adamsville, three counts of possession with intent to deliver, pay total of $20, $100 in fines and serve 10 years to 20 years in a state correctional institution; owning, operating or conducting a chop shop, pay costs, $10,000 fine and serve 36 months to 72 months in SCI.
n Laura M. Hillman, P.O. Box 51, Meadville, theft by unlawful taking, pay costs, $750 fine, restitution, probation for 24 months.
n Charles Moore IV, 849 Water St., Apt. 4, Meadville, delivery of a controlled substance, pay costs, $100 fine, serve 15 months to 30 months in Crawford County jail, Saegertown, with 62 days credit.
n William S. Pelc Sr., 439 N. Main St., PO Box 473, Andover, Ohio, accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, pay costs, $750 fine, restitution, serve 12 months probation with two days credit.
Sentenced recently in Crawford County Court by Judge John Spataro were:
n Bob Boyd, 432 Fairmont Ave., Meadville, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, pay costs and $500 in fines, serve 6 to 12 months with 16 days credit followed by 12 months probation.
n Michael S. Matheney, P.O. Box 773, Linesville, possession with intent to deliver, pay costs and $500 fine, and serve 15 days to 12 months in county jail.
n Gregory T. Holland, 232 Meadow St., Meadville, theft by unlawful taking, pay costs and $250 fine, serve six months probation.
n Thomas R. Pintagro of 181 Glenwood Ave., Meadville, theft by deception, pay costs and $250 fine, serve 21 days to 24 months less one day in county jail.
n Chad Smith of 27564 Drake Hill Road, Cochranton, theft by unlawful taking, pay costs and $250 fine, serve six months probation.
n Tia M. Smith of 1333 Cochranton Road, Carlton, possession with intent to deliver, pay costs and $200 fine, serve six months in county jail with two months house arrest.
n Michael W. Williams, 40 Pearl St., Apt. 3, Painesville, Ohio, possession of a controlled substance, pay costs and $200 fine, serve eight months probation.
Sentenced Friday by Crawford County Court of Common Pleas Anthony Vardaro were:
n Joseph B. Evans, 495 North St., Apt. 1B, Meadville, simple assault, pay costs, $150 fine, serve three months to 12 months in Crawford County jail, Saegertown; possession of drug paraphernalia, pay $150 fine, probation for 12 months.
n Jason R. Giles, 915 Old Franklin Pike, Cochranton, burglary, pay costs, $150 fine, serve six months to 24 months in state correctional institution; theft by receiving stolen property, probation for 12 months; second count of theft by receiving stolen property, probation for two years; burglary, pay costs, $150 fine serve six months to 24 months in SCI; second burglary count, pay $150 fine, serve consecutive six months to 24 months in SCI; third count of burglary, probation for four years; four counts of burglary, probation for four years; theft by receiving stolen property, probation for two years.
n Jared P. Goodwill, 119 1/2 W. Walnut St., Titusville, five counts of theft from a motor vehicle, pay costs, $100 fine on each count; serve four to 12 months in county jail on first count; four to 12 months in county jail, less one day, consecutive to above sentence on second count; four to 12 months concurrent on third and four count followed by three years probation on the last count.
n Wendy L. Green, 451 Fullerton Ave., State Correctional Institution, Cambridge Springs, escape, pay costs, $100 fine, serve nine months to 24 months in SCI.
n Sara R. Snyder, 49607 Enterprise Road, Titusville, criminal conspiracy, pay costs, $150 fine, serve intermediate probation for 60 days with first 10 days in county jail followed by 60 days on house arrest and electronic monitoring.
n Joseph Peterson, county jail, possession with intent to deliver, pay costs, $500 fine, serve two years to four years in state correctional institution with 14 days credit; second count of possession with intent to deliver, pay $5,000 fine and serve one year to two years in SCI.
