Magisterial District Judge
n Robert R. Edwards, 58, of 2996 Lake Road, Atlantic, was bound over to the next term of court Friday before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on a Pennsylvania State Police charge of one count of criminal mischief for an incident Nov. 30, 2007, and was released on his own recognizance.

n Lindalee Demeo, 36, of 213 Fifth Ave., Carnegie, was bound over to the next term of court in absentia Friday by Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Conneaut Lake Regional Police Department charges of one count each of false reports to law enforcement agencies and false reports for an incident June 19, 2007.
n Donald J. Snatchko, 41, of 631 Fort Pitt Road, Carn-egie, was bound over to the next term of court Friday on Conneaut Lake police charges of one summary traffic offense and one count each of false reports to law enforcement agencies, accidents involving personal injury and driving under DUI suspension for an incident June 19 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond and subsequently recommitted to Allegheny County jail, Pittsburgh, on previously-filed charges.
Crashes
State Police
n Kenneth W. Brown, 55, of Meadville, wasn’t injured when the car he was driving crashed into three vehicles parked legally along Route 19 in Saeger-town at 11:48 p.m. Friday. Brown was wearing a seatbelt. Charges are pending.
n There were minor injuries in a one-van crash on Interstate 79 in Hayfield Township at 8:40 a.m. Saturday. William H. Noble, 69, of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, was driving south when he fell asleep at the wheel at Milepost 156. Noble’s van went off the road, down an embankment for 345 feet before hitting a tree and then traveled another 75 feet before stopping. Noble and a passenger, Stewart E. Hammill, 37, also of Mississauga, both were wearing seatbelts.
n Clay M. Doolittle, 19, of 33128 Seiler Road, Townville, was injured in a one-truck crash on Route 27 in Troy Township at 1:4 p.m. Friday. Doolittle was driving east up a hill when he lost control of his truck on a curve due to a mechanical failure of the truck. The truck went off the road and rolled onto its right side. Doolittle wasn’t wearing a seatbelt. He was released after treatment at Titusville Area Hospital. A passenger in his truck, Sarah L. Sharpe, 18, of 1015 LeBoeuf Trail Road, Titusville, was wearing a seatbelt and wasn’t injured.
