Arnold E. Johnson IV, 35, of 1173 Elm St., Meadville, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Michael Rossi on Vernon Township Police Department charges of one count each of delivery of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance; and two counts of criminal conspiracy for an incident June 3 and 4, 2008, and was released on $5,000 bond.

Victoria L. Smith, 37, of 402 Willow St., Meadville, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on Vernon police charges of three counts of criminal conspiracy for an incident June 3 and 4, 2008, and was recommitted to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $5,000 bond.
