Magisterial District Judge
- James N. Kaluhiokalani, 45, of 1400 Darmstadt Ave., Egg Harbor City, N.J., was arraigned Jan. 12 before Linesville Area Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood, acting for Magis-terial District Judge Michael Rossi, on Vernon Township Police Department charges of one count each of theft by unlawful taking or disposition, unauthorized use of an automobile and receiving stolen property for an incident May 11, 2009, and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $35,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 22 at 2 p.m.

Magisterial District Judge
- Robin L. Alvares, 50, of 2550 2nd St. Apt. 106, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, waived her right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 12 before Magisterial District Judge Lincoln S. Zilhaver on Cambridge Springs Police Department charges of two counts of driving under the influence for an incident Dec. 18 and was released on her own recognizance. A previously-filed charge of one summary traffic offense was withdrawn.
- Nickolas S. Wiltanger, 19, of 503 Church St., Cambridge Springs, was arraigned Jan. 12 on Cambridge Springs police charges of one count each of access device fraud and identity theft for an incident Nov. 22 and was committed to Crawford County jail, Saegertown, in lieu of $25,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 22 at 9 a.m.
- Nathaniel L. Christensen, 30, of 19204 Skeltontown Road, Cambridge Springs, waived his right to a preliminary hearing Jan. 13 on Pennsylva-nia State Police charges of one count of driving under the influence and three summary traffic offenses for an incident Nov. 15 and was released on his own recognizance.

Magisterial District Judge
- Travis L. Bond, 26, of 116 W. Erie St., Linesville, was arraigned Jan. 12 before Magisterial District Judge Rita Marwood on Linesville Police Department charges of one count each of aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct for an incident Nov. 1 and was released on $5,000 unsecured bond with conditions. Bond’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5 at 10 a.m.
- Thomas L. Wolford, 30, of 82 Conneaut Lake Road, Greenville, was bound over to the next term of court Jan. 12 on Pennsylvania State Police charges of two counts of driving under the influence; one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia; and two summary offenses for an incident Dec. 5 and was released on his own recognizance.
