LINESVILLE — Eva M. Bussinger, 75, of Linesville died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2013, at Marquette Hospice House in Meadville.

She was born July 12, 1938, in Cortland, Ohio, a daughter of the late James C. and Lillie Casterline Saltzmann Sr.

Eva was a secretary for Wollam Insurance in Cortland and she was also a bookkeeper for Palmer Accountant Firm, formerly of Cortland. She enjoyed playing bingo and crossword puzzles. She also belonged to the Senior Center in Linesville. Eva also enjoyed crocheting.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Thomas E. Bussinger, whom she married on June 28, 1958; her children, Troy L. (Deborah) Bussinger of Mantua, Ohio, Debbie Bussinger of Tallmadge, Ohio, and Susan (James J.) Lipo Sr. of Sharpsville; six grandchildren, Teneice (Jesus) Delgado, Gabriel (Michelle) Durrant, James J. Lipo Jr., Thomas John Lipo, Michael (Grace) Bussinger and Danae (Scott) Wolfe; and four great-grandchildren, Nica, Joselyn, Benicio and Addison. Also surviving are two brothers, Daniel (Shirley) Saltzmann of Vienna, Ohio, and Terry (Judi) Saltzmann of Cortland; and two sisters, Martha Grove of Cortland and Cynthia Mort of Brookfield, Ohio.

Other than her parents, Eva was preceded in death by five siblings.

A memorial service will take place at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Shafer-Winans Chapel, 164 N. High St., Cortland at 1 p.m. on Oct. 6, where family and friends may gather from noon until the time of the service.
