Helen L. Bradish, 90, of Meadville, died Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at Meadville Medical Center, surrounded by her family.
She was born Dec. 27, 1922, at Meadville, a daughter of the late Stanley and Helen Homitz Miller. She married Homer E. Bradish on Aug. 17, 1946. He preceded her in death on May 21, 1990.
She attended Meadville High School. She was a homemaker.
She was of the Catholic faith and had attended St. Brigid’s Church and also Bethany Methodist Church.
She was a champion bowler for Perry’s Plumbing at the Eagles. She enjoyed painting, crafts and crossword puzzles.
Surviving are three sons, Don Markam and his wife, Sally, of Bloomfield, Ind., Larry Bradish of Meadville and Homer Bradish of Meadville; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; numerous friends and neighbors; and special great-niece and great-nephew, Ron and Patricia Kuhn.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers; a son, Dan Bradish in December 2008; and a close nephew, Butch Kuhn.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Interment will be in Greendale Cemetery.
