MEADVILLE — Mendal W. Miller, 62, of Meadville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and formerly of Cochranton, died Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Meadville Medical Center after an extended illness.

He was born on June 4, 1950, at Ellwood City, the son of the late Mendal and Marie Miller.    

He had been employed as a product inspector at Comor of Cochranton for 14 years.

He was of the Wesleyan Methodist faith. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed all outdoor activities and functions.

He is survived by a cousin, Jan McClymonds of Portersville; and good friend, John M. Kocan of Meadville.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Cochranton Cemetery, Cochranton.
