UNIVERSAL CITY, Texas — Bill Lee Kinnear, 69, of Universal City, Texas, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2013, at Northeast Methodist Hospital, San Antonio, Texas, after fighting a two-year battle with throat cancer.

Bill was born Sept. 28, 1943, in Meadville, to William and Evelyn Clark Kinnear.

He graduated from Townville High School in 1961, then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. In 1962, Bill married Anna Patricia Marker at Lowry Air Force Base, Colorado. He was stationed at Luke AFB, Ariz., Clark AFB, Philippines, and DaNang AFB, Vietnam. After receiving an honorable discharge in 1965, Bill worked as a carpenter and construction superintendent.

Bill Lee Kinnear is survived by his wife, Patricia; sister, Alene L. Kinnear; brother, Gary F. Kinnear and wife, Linda; son, William E. Kinnear; son, Douglas A. Kinnear and wife, Kim; daughter, Gretchen L. Kinnear; five grandchildren; and two nephews.

Bill Lee Kinnear will always be in our prayers and memories.

Burial will be at Kingsley Cemetery, Townville, at the convenience of the family.
