CONNEAUTVILLE — Charles (Chuck) E. Loughner, 79, of Rundelltown Road, Conneautville, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at Meadville Medical Center.

He was born in Conneautville on April 19, 1933, a son of the late William J. and Alice Baker Loughner. On May 25, 1956, he married Wanda Rumsey and she survives.

He graduated from Conneautville High School in 1956. He retired from Cutters Condos, served on the board of directors of Rundell’s Cemetery and was a member of Rundell’s Grange.

He enjoyed playing shuffleboard, cutting fire wood, hunting, gambling and card playing, visiting with family and friends.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Wanda Loughner of Conneautville; one brother, Richard Loughner of Conneautville; several nieces and nephews; and his lifetime friends Bob Stevens and Bob Newman, both of Florida. Special thanks to nephew Russ King and hunting buddy and friend Richard (Dick) Hahner, both of Conneautville.

He was preceded in death by brothers Harry and Robert Loughner; and sisters Ruth King, Alice Slivak, Kathryn Davis, Dorothy Morris, Annabelle Keefe, Jean Adkins and Rae Fletcher.

As per his wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.

Interment will be in Rundell’s Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of White-Cool Funeral Home, 1405 Main St., Conneautville.
