NORTH LAUDERDALE, Fla. —
Debra Anne Shepler, 51, of North Lauderdale, Fla., formerly of Conneautville, died peacefully in her home on Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
She was born the daughter of Frederick Weeks Shepler and Anna (Betty) Allen on Feb. 3, 1962.
She was a licensed masseuse. She was involved in the Florida real estate market buying, “flipping” and reselling property.
For the past two years, Debra had been a dedicated caregiver for her significant other, Jack Gilbert, who had been seriously ill. He has since passed away.
She is survived by her father and his wife, Bonnie Shepler, of Florida; her mother, Betty Utz; two sisters, Diana (Floyd) Butz of Winterhaven, Fla., and Darcie (Robert) Andrade of California; a brother, Mark (Cathy) Shepler of Jupiter, Fla.; a very special aunt, Beverly Campbell of Texas; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Debra was preceded in death by her stepfather, Frederick Utz.
A memorial service will be held in Conneautville at a date to be determined.
