BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP —
Peter John Lucas, 63, of Bloomfield Township, passed away at his Canadohta Lake area residence on Monday, July 22, 2013.
Peter was born April 13, 1950, in Pittsburgh, and had retired from General Electric in 2010 as engine coil rotor wirer. He liked to target practice with his guns, collect old watches, clocks, knives, and enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.
He was a veteran, serving in the U.S. Army in West Berlin during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Survivors include his wife, Lindy L. Lucas, whom he married on Oct. 22, 1994, and three sons, Andrew of Centerville, Michael of North Carolina and Stephen of Wisconsin; a stepson, Mark Bedow; a stepgranddaughter, Isabelle; and two brothers-in-law, Keith and Terry.
Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Peter’s life on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 719 Washington St., Meadville, with the Rev. Philip Torre officiating.
