MONTROSE, Colo. — Edrie L. Goldsmith Yoho, 84, a resident of San Juan Living Center, Montrose, Colo., formerly of Jamestown, died Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the nursing home.

She was born in New Brighton on July 8, 1928, a daughter of Percy and Gracie Crookshank Goldsmith. She married John P. Yoho Sr. on Jan. 23, 1957. He preceded her in death April 26, 2008.

She was co-owner of the former Isaly’s Dairy store in Jamestown for 10 years. She also worked as a clerk and cashier at Jamestown Pharmacy for 20 years.

She was a member of Jamestown Presbyterian Church.

She was a member of Pymatuning Trailblazers Snowmobile Club of Jamestown.

She enjoyed visiting with people and spending time with her family.

Survivors include two sons, John P. Yoho Jr. and his wife, Jessie, of Tidioute, and Niles E. Yoho of Montrose; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Emmy Lou Pinkerton, and a brother, Bill Goldsmith.

A memorial service is scheduled Saturday at 11 a.m. at Randall Funeral Home, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.

Interment will be in Park Lawn Cemetery, Jamestown.

The family suggests donations be made to the Jamestown Volunteer Fire Department Scholarship Fund, Depot Street, Jamestown, Pa. 16134.
