Clinton L. Blood, 79, of Springboro, died Sunday, July 14, 2013, at Rolling Fields Inc., Conneautville.
He was born Aug. 13, 1933, in Beaver Center to the late William and Dorothy Adams Blood. He married Carole Medrick in 1954; she preceded him in death in 2008.
He was employed by Wallace Hyde Jr. and others as a truck driver. He was also employed by the Springboro Creamery and Hercules in Conneaut, Ohio.
Clinton enjoyed farming and tinkering in his garage.
He is survived by four children, Michael (Sharon) Blood of Springboro, Terry (Robert) Smith of Springboro, Mark Blood of Springboro and Debra Blood of Springboro; a sister, Leona Vobrack of Conneautville; four brothers, Gerald (Arlene) Blood of Conneaut Lake, Russell (Sue) Blood of Linesville, Jim (Linda) Blood of Conneaut Lake and John Blood of Springboro; three sister-in-laws, Ethel Blood of Springboro, Donna Blood of Conneautville and Betty (Don) Morrow of Conneaut, Ohio; a brother-in-law, Paul (Agnes) Medrick of Meadville; 10 grandchildren, Jeremy, Melissa, Jason, Todd, Jay, Richard, Brandy, Mary, Randy and Justin; and six great-granddaughters.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a son, Randy; and three brothers, Donald, Dale and Clinton’s twin, Clayton.
Calling hours are Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m., with the funeral to begin at 8 p.m., at White-Cool Funeral Home, 1405 Main St., Conneautville.
Interment will be in Beaver Center Cemetery on Saturday at 11 a.m.
