ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. —
Emery Lee Morrison III, 25, of Royal Palm Beach, Fla., passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013.
Emery was born in Margate, Fla., on March 21, 1988. He attended Linesville High School and served in the U.S. Navy. Emery worked in the food service industry.
Emery was a charismatic, bright and gentle soul. He was known for his charm and his friendly nature. He was an avid reader and animal lover. Animals were instinctively drawn to him due to his loving presence. He also enjoyed the ocean. Emery will be greatly missed by those who loved and adored him.
Emery is survived by his parents, Michael Morrison of Conneaut Lake, and Jacqueline Stock Uzarski and stepfather Fred Uzarski of Royal Palm Beach. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Shirley Stock of Meadville; several aunts and uncles, Linda Kean of Conneaut Lake, Christina and Paul Sirochman of Philadelphia, Holly Lane of Edinboro, Kimberly and Vaughn Raup of Edinboro, Karen (Morrison) and Eric Dygert of Conneaut Lake; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Stock; and his paternal grandparents, Sandra (Kean) Morrison and Emery Lee Morrison Jr.
A funeral is being held in Florida today. Local calling hours will be held on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Waid-Coleman Funeral Home Inc., 12422 Conneaut Lake Road, Conneaut Lake. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Crawford County Humane Society, any public library or drug counseling center.
