GUYS MILLS — Lawrence (Larry) Sniezek, 67, of Guys Mills, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, after a brief illness at his winter home in St. Augustine, Fla.

He was born Jan. 10, 1945, in New Castle, graduated from Laurel High School in New Castle and Alliance College in Cambridge Springs. He was president and owner of Keystone Precision Inc. for 25 years.

Larry was a mechanic extraordinare, motorcycle enthusiast and grower of hybrid lilies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Virginia Wallas Sniezek.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 17 years, Connie Ann Sniezek; daughter, Shannon Giammanco; sisters; Joan Chyall of Roswell, Ga., Mary Ann King of Forest Hill, Md., and Wanda Lockey of New Castle; brother, Henry Sniezek of New Castle; and three grandchildren, Isabella, Vincent and Anthony.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice of Northeast Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Road, Jacksonville, Fla. 32257; or the American Cancer Society, 1430 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, Fla. 32207.
