CONNEAUTVILLE — James B. Foulk Jr., 76, of Conneautville died Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, at his residence.

He was born July 16, 1937, in Buffalo, N.Y., to the late James B. Foulk Sr. and Dorothy Keenan Foulk. He married Mary Jo Buckley in 1962; she survives.

He earned his undergraduate degree in speech pathology from Edinboro State College and his master’s degree from Penn State University. He continued his pursuit of education at Kent State University.

His hobbies included hunting, fishing, trapping, and raising game birds. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, the National Trappers Association and the American Legion, and was a former member of the Knights of Columbus.

He, along with his son and grandchildren, owned and operated “Outpost Acres” farm where they raised pheasants and quail. He never went anywhere without his faithful furry companion, Walter.
