HARTSTOWN — Jane Ada Deezik Zazado, 58, of 6206 Deezik Road, Hartstown, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008, at 3308 Westford Road, Westford.
She was born in Meadville June 26, 1950, a daughter of Anthony S. Deezik and Mildred (Irene) Peelman Deezik. She married Craig D. Zazado.
She was a homemaker.
She enjoyed antiquing, gardening, music, spending time with her family and especially loved the time spent with her grandson, Benjamin.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Mark A. Lynn and his wife, Stacy, of Hartstown, and Ryan Lynn of Cochranton; her grandson, Benjamin; two sisters, Anne Marie Lackey and her husband, Larry, of Sheakleyville, and Lori Patton of Jamestown; a brother, Jack Deezik and his wife, Kathy, of Hartstown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Randall Funeral Home, 416 Liberty St., Jamestown.
The religious service will be Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Jeff Harter of Family Hospice Services, Hermitage, officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
