Published October 05, 2008 11:36 pm - CONNEAUTVILLE —Naomi A. Wojsiat, age 87, of 9108 State Highway 198, Conneautville, formerly of Harmonsburg, passed away Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, at Rolling Fields after an extended illness.

CONNEAUTVILLE —Naomi A. Wojsiat, age 87, of 9108 State Highway 198, Conneautville, formerly of Harmonsburg, passed away Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, at Rolling Fields after an extended illness.
She was born in Hartsgrove, Ohio, a daughter of the late Earl and Pearl Byerly Pontius on March 13, 1921. She married Stanley Wojsiat and he preceded her in death on June 14, 1978.
She was secretary for the family business, Stan’s Auto Sales. She was a member of Harmonsburg United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: Two daughters, Janice Hunter and her husband, Robert, of Linesville; and Joyce Parsell and her husband, Brian, of Akron, Ohio; grandchildren Michelle Glaser and her husband, Don; Michael Hunter, Melissa Longneckner and her husband, Philip; Scott Parsell and his wife, Katie; and Nancy Brown and her husband, Brad; one great-granddaughter, Abigail Brown; and one sister, Florence Cyphert of Warren, Ohio. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Claude Pontius; and a sister, Marie Bradley.
There will be no public viewing, but family and friends are invited to the funeral and committal services today at 2 p.m. at the White-Cool Funeral Home, 1405 Main St., Conneautville, with Pastor Marshall Lillie officiating.
Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
