HARMONSBURG — Carolyn E. Foust, 49, of 12269 State Highway 18, Harmonsburg, died Monday, Aug. 18, 2008, at Hamot Medical Center, Erie.

She was born in Meadville on April 17, 1959, a daughter of James and Maxine Kilburn Foust.

She previously was a certified nursing assistant at Rolling Fields.

She enjoyed water sports and the mountains.

Survivors include a daughter, Autumn and her companion, Brian Fenton, of Beaver Center; a son, Brett and his companion, Lacey Skupe, of Conneaut Lake; two brothers, Fredrick Foust and his wife, Ruth Ann, of Grantsburg, Mich., and Thomas Foust and his wife, Cheryle, of Galien, Mich.; two sisters, Gladys Swartzfager and her husband, Walter, of Meadville, and Deborah Davis and her husband, Robert, of McKean; her companion, Russell Bubna of Harmonsburg; five grandchildren, Taylor, Amiah, Katelyn, Wyatt and Cadon; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Bruce Foust.

Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home Inc., 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.

The funeral will be at the convenience of the family, with the Rev. David Brumagin, associate pastor at Trinity United Methodist Church, Conneaut Lake, and of Meadville Medical Center Pastoral Care, officiating.

Burial will be in Foust Cemetery, Conneaut Lake.
