BETHEL PARK — Alice Marie Huggins Malloy, 89, of Bethel Park, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 17, 2009.

She was the wife of the late Thomas; loving mother of Mary Ann Kelton of Bethel Park, Michael T. (Patricia) Malloy of Bethel Park and Margaret A. (Charles Rees) Malloy of Meadville; cherished Grammy of Thomas Kelton (Bridget Gallagher), Caroline Kelton (Adam Wazenegger), Brian, Timothy and Kathryn Malloy.

Alice was a member of St. Valentine Church for more than 50 years, where she was the church secretary for 28 years. She was a member of the Christian Mothers and had a great devotion to the Blessed Mother.

She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and history, and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. Although small in stature, she brought great love and joy to our lives. Alice’s family wishes to express their deep gratitude to her longtime caregivers, Linda Kable and Debbie Nichols.

Visitation is today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (Route 88), Library.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Valentine Church, Bethel Park.
