Robert (Robby) Edmund Succop

MUNCY — Robert (Robby) Edmund Succop of Rocky Hill Road, Muncy, died at home Friday, May 16, 2008. He was 44 years old.
Robby was born in Pittsburgh, a son of Robert (Bob) Succop and Shirley Gallo Succop, on May 18, 1963.
He was a 1982 graduate of Conneaut Lake High School, where he had been a member of the cross-country team.
Upon graduation, Robby joined the U.S. Army, where he proudly served for several years. His career path led him to the construction trade, and he became very skilled and enjoyed his work. He worked and lived in Arizona, California and Pennsylvania.
In his leisure time, Robby enjoyed hunting and scuba diving, and he was a certified scuba instructor.
In addition to his father, Bob, and stepmother, Maureen Miller Succop of Mesa, Ariz., Robby is survived by three sons, Nathan, Colton and Tanner of Utah; and also by his sister, Amanda Bartz, her husband, Chris, and their three children of Queen Creek, Ariz. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother, Dora Gallo of Pittsburgh; an aunt, Nancy Gallo of Minneapolis, Minn.; an aunt and uncle, Laura and Gary Jones of Conneaut Lake; and two stepsisters, Cheryl Garner and Bethel Green of Arizona, and a stepbrother, Mark Miller of North Carolina; as well as a niece and several nephews.
Robby was preceded in death by his mother; his maternal grandfather, Hugh Gallo; and his paternal grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Robert Succop.
A memorial service will be at the convenience of the family.
