Paul D. Price, 73, of Meadville, went to be with his beloved wife, Annabell, on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at Meadville Medical Center.

Born in Jefferson, Ohio, Dec. 14, 1934, he was a son of Richard E. Price and Anna May Wiser Price. He was married to Annabell M. Price for 38 years; she preceded him in death Aug. 28, 2007.

He attended Meadville High School. He retired from Channellock after 10 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a member of Norrisville Sportman’s Club.

Survivors include two daughters, Paula Jean Phillips and her husband, Richard, of Meadville, and Rose Erickson and her husband, Dennis, of Atlantic; six grandchildren, Ken Rearick and his wife, Tanya, James Rearick and his companion, Tracey Darby, Marty Trypus Jr. and his wife, Alicia, Joe Erickson and his wife, Angie, Josh Erickson and Christina Hilliard; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Jean Martin and her husband, Donald, of Saegertown; three brothers, Lawrence Price and his wife, Lois, of Meadville, Henry Price and his wife, Nancy, of Guys Mills, and Russell Price and his companion, Flo, of Buffalo, N.Y.; several nieces and nephews; and very special friends, Alan Seamon, and Jim and Jan Bowley, all of Meadville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be in Geneva Memorial Cemetery.
