Cambridge Springs' Kristen Humes (left) tags Curwensville third baseman Ashley Demchak at second base. Demchak, who was safe, hit an RBI single and advanced to second on the throw home in the fourth inning. Demchak’s single gave the Golden Tide a 1-0 lead in Curwensville’s 4-0 win over Cambridge Springs in the PIAA Class A West Final on Monday at Slippery Rock University.
