EDINBORO — The Concert Band of Northwest Pennsylvania will play some of America’s most beloved music from the Broadway stage during “An Evening in the Broadway Mode” on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in front of Cole Auditorium on the campus of Edinboro University.

There is no admission charge for the concert and no tickets or reservations are necessary. Those attending are asked to bring their favorite outdoor seating to the concert. Should the weather be uncooperative, the concert will move into Cole Auditorium.

The concert will be conducted by the assistant conductor of the band, Greg Tower of Fairview. He has been a member of the trombone section of the band since its beginning in 1982. Tower earned a bachelor’s degree in music education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in music education at Youngstown State University.
