NEW LOCAL: Arrest made in early morning city stabbing

MEADVILLE — A man has been charged with multiple counts in connection with stabbing another man early this morning in the city, according to Meadville police.

Tyrone C. Turner, 42, no address listed, was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Chisholm this morning on charges filed by city police.

The incident happened about 1:40 a.m. on Arch Street near the Meadville Area Federal Credit Union, according to police.
