PennDOT reports area roads closed due to flooding

MEADVILLE — The following roads in District 1, which includes Crawford County, remain closed due to flooding, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation:

— Miller Station Road from Route 6 in Cambridge Township to Miller Hill Road in Rockdale Township.

— Wilson Shute Road from Heckman Road in Union Township to Route 322 in West Mead Township.

— Mystic Park Road/Weed Street from Stroup Road to Dutch Street in Steuben Township

— Main Street/Route 3021 from Church Street in Greenwood Township to Route 19 in Union Township.

— Spring Street from Lincoln Avenue to Baldwin Street in Meadville, due also to downed power lines.

— Sparta Street/Fish Flats Road from Garland Street in Centerville to White Road in Rome Township.

Roadway conditions can change rapidly, according to PennDOT, which advises motorists to obey all posted signs and be alert for signage and/or personnel at closed roadways.
