Early morning house fire near Conneaut Lake Park under investigation

SADSBURY TOWNSHIP — Four area volunteer fire companies were called early this morning to a house fire near Conneaut Lake Park.

A Pennsylvania State Police fire marshal has been called to assist in the investigation of the 5:51 a.m. blaze on Utley Avenue. The site is near the same neighborhood where there was a rash of arsons and suspicious fires in the summer of 2012.

Conneaut Lake Park, Conneaut Lake, Summit Township and Vernon Central were called to fight the fire.

See Friday’s print edition for additional details.
