Edinboro University classes, activities canceled

EDINBORO — All Edinboro University of Pennsylvania classes and student activities are canceled from today at 11 p.m. until Wednesday at 6 a.m. at the Edinboro campus, Erie and Meadville locations, and other off-campus locations where classes are held.

The university administration announced the cancellation Monday afternoon as a precaution because of the threat posed to students walking or using wheelchairs as they move between classes in the extreme cold and dangerous wind chill expected during the cancellation period. All university offices and student services will remain open. Additional details are available at edinboro.edu.
