West Mead police arrest suspected arsonist in Northgate apartments blaze
A 20-year-old resident of Northgate Apartments has been arrested and charged by West Mead Township with arson and other charges for last week’s blaze that destroyed a 10-unit apartment building at the complex.
Nominations sought for community service award
Allegheny College is soliciting nominations for the 10th annual Lew Davies Award for Outstanding Community Service. The award, which includes a cash prize, is given to an Allegheny student who has made a significant, demonstrable contribution to the Meadville area community.
