Crawford County issued severe thunderstorm warning, watch

A severe thunderstorm warning and severe thunderstorm watch have been issued for Crawford County, according to the National Weather Service in Cleveland.

A severe thunderstorm warning is for Crawford County and Erie County until 10 p.m.

National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing quarter-size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. These storms were located along a line extending from North East to 11 miles west of North East to 30 miles west of Cambridge Springs and moving east at 45 mph around 7:20 p.m.

Locations impacted include Cambridge Springs, Spartansburg and Titusville in Crawford County and Waterford, Union City and Corry in Erie County.

A severe thunderstorm watch is in effect until midnight and includes 12 Pennsylvania counties, including Crawford.
