MEMORABILIA DISPLAYS — 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Inside, explore history through exhibitions and displays of authentic military artifacts from around the world. Meet the veterans who have kept and cherished these historic treasures. Outside, view restored and maintained vintage military vehicles.
10:15 a.m. — War Dogs: Dogs played a crucial role in the war effort. Learn how civilian dogs were trained and certified to serve and aid American soldiers.
1 p.m. — Rations: Come learn about the cook’s vital role in the daily life of a soldier serving oversees. Open up a couple of K-Rations and see what’s for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
2:30 p.m. — World War II Survival Gear: Take a close look at the survival kits, rescue radios and emergency rations that were used to help keep you alive whether in the jungle or on the open sea.
