Plugged storm sewer damages Meadville alley, leads to road closures

MEADVILLE — There is a storm sewer line plugged in the vicinity of Market Street and Pine Alley with water backed up in the area, according to Joe Gigler, Meadville Public Works director. Pine Alley has been damaged by the flood, he said.

The area is closed to traffic.

Meadville police report no injuries related to the flooding, according to Tom Liscinski, assistant chief.
