Following are transcripts of three telephone voice-mails allegedly sent by Lisa Miceli to Frederick Sperling, attorney for basketball superstar Michael Jordan. Fred Sperling, it is a criminal offense in this state of Pennsylvania to leak private phone conversations that I had with you to the media or to anybody else without my consent. I’m not playing with you anymore. I don’t care what you think that you’re going to get accomplished in this court of law. The bottom line is this — I won’t be used to furnish the fervor for Michael Jordan’s new girlfriend, and that’s what he’s doing. People just sent me another link of him dating some former model and everything else and how everybody was mobbing them. Of course they’re going to mob him. He’s back in the press using me and our so-called relationship. Here’s the bottom line — you won’t threaten and harass me anymore, you won’t come into my state and not, and not have a license and practice law because I’ve turned you into the District Attorney. I’ve also turned you into the Illinois State Bar. There, there can be a conflict of interest with no money exchanged and no contract signed by law according to them. It’s a Rule 1.7. I’ve turned you in for that. I’ve turned the judge in for conflict of interest and needing to recuse himself because there’s a three-way conflict of interest. It is no secret that my family cannot stand Michael Jordan or you or anything to do with it. There’s no reason that he came into my life, broke me up with an Arab just to have Estee Portno go into to the press and him call her husband the nanny and everything else. You’re using me and parts of my fame for what purpose? That Michael goes off and dates somebody else. I’m tired of it. I’m filing rape charges. I was clearly raped. It’s all over the internet that I have herpes and all kinds of other stuff. We’re tired of it, Fred. You will not have a career when I’m done with you. Neither will the judge for throwing me out and, and furnishing the fervor for this other girl’s sake. We’re not being played. That’s called unclean hands. You have an ulterior motive and you always do. Every time I was involved the motive was to make me come undone while he’s with another woman. I don’t care. When — when are you going to understand it was rape from day one and, and ever since. All he wanted to do was be kept in the bedroom. Kept in the bedroom. Well, I hope he uses her that way and I hope he gives her herpes and she turns around and sues him. Because you guys are disgusting, unethical pigs. I wonder how much money did Estee make pretending to be his PR agent and using it for her own good. Her and her husband are the new sports couple. What sports did they ever get into? And her husband’s the nanny. Really? When — does that not prove that Michael was saying to me that he wanted to have kids? You guys twist everything in your head. You twist the law, you twist everything into your favor. You cannot come into another state without a pro hac vice and that expect to practice law. I’ve turned you in, I’ve turned Ed Hathaway in and I’ve turned to a new other person. You know who’s going to jail? You are. For harassing me, for stalking me, for filing frivolous lawsuits against me and having all these people on it. I’m tired of it. Nobody does this s---. You guys should be sanctioned and that if you are sanctioned, then I will make sure you’re disbarred.

Fred, this is Lisa Miceli and let me explain something to you. I’m allowed to represent myself pro se, by law. The judge isn’t allowed to give away my rights, period. Second thing is, Yvette is writing to me claiming she is getting married to Michael and he asked her for a baby. Let me explain something. He asked me, he proposed first and then he asked for the baby. The baby came before. I’m not being played. I’m not being screwed out of my life. I’m not being screwed out of my rights. I have federal pregnancy discrimination suits on there. She is harassing me, period. I set up the blog. I have the, the book at the U.S. Copyright Office. It is time for Michael Jordan to step up to the plate. You don’t practice law in the State of Pennsylvania. I looked up your license. I have faxed your stuff to the Illinois State Bar. I’ve called the District Attorney in Meadville, Pennsylvania. I’ve called the Pittsburgh State Bar. I’ve went to the State Bar lawyer in Pittsburgh — matrimonial lawyers — and said something to him about what you are doing. You sat on Illinois business deals for a “Space Jam” movie, for a clothing line, for a book deal for years while he was married to Juanita Jordan. I respected their marriage. Understand Penns — North Carolina has — I can file rape charges at any time. He used bodyguards to take me out of the club. He repeatedly had sex with me and then you’re telling me I can’t say a word. You’re abusing the legal justice system. You’re using it to abuse me. First I was sexually abused by your client. Now you think you’re going to abuse me and you think no heat will fall on you. You are mentally insane. You have a daughter. You want somebody to f--- her in the a-- and f--- her every which way but loose and then put it all over the interact and then tell you you can’t talk to her and then you claim you’re going take this s--- down and you never did? Did you take it down? No. I did. I called the police. I took it down. I’ve called Detective Gafferson and I’m filing a rape charge against your client and numerous sexual assaults. Then when we — he’s sitting in a prison cell, we’ll get a nice DNA swab. This crap in your office doesn’t fly. Never has, never will.

You have abused and walked all over my rights, for what, a nine year bill, four year bill on child support. This man asked for it. I was dating other people. I was working for other people. Back and forth. He came in and out of my life. Yvette, Cuban model is nothing special and whatever business deals are there, trust me I will have her investigated. I’ll go straight to the Attorney General’s Office and ask her what the hell’s going on. She’s nothing special, unclean hands, she got media attention because I’m getting media attention across the country for my relationship with Michael Jordan. She is feeding off of me like Alyssa Milano. Feeding off of me. You buy the rights, understand? Arlene Rocky came to you at the very beginning and said buy the rights. You claim extortion and it’s none of your ****ing business who Michael Jordan marries, who he has sex with and to conspire against me will put you in prison. You and Est - get it? You and Estee Portno. You need to stop your s---. You’re liars. You’re fraud. Everything else because I’m reporting you to the District Attorney’s Office today. If Michael does not call my house and do something about this then that’s it. I’m not playing you’re his lawyer and you do this. Everything in your f------ complaint was full of lies. Lies. We will go back to court July 2nd. If Michael Jordan is married, she — that marriage is a fraud. I’ve been dating him since August of 1999, have blogs up, he’s written on the blog, he’s talked to other people, he’s called me two times since — since this has gone into effect. You need to get your facts straight. Understand? And it might take awhile but I’m telling you, if that girl’s pregnant and there’s a marriage and then she thinks she’s gonna take my business deals with Pete Lofton in Miami and everybody else — I will bank — I will put him in jail and I will bankrupt him and too.
