Teen queen profile: Mesley By Jean ShanleyMesley has enjoyed her visits to area nursing homes to visit the older generation and making new friends, she said.
She’s also hoping to meet new friends this week during the events leading up to Friday’s crowning of the new Miss Outstanding Teen Pennsylvania — and she’s hoping when the second Miss Outstanding Teen Pennsylvania is selected, her name will be the one announced.
