TITUSVILLE Although a unique and popular business that opened in downtown Titusville during the summer of 2003 has closed its doors, there is at least one prospective buyer, according to the Titusville Redevelopment Authority.
Jim Becker, business outreach coordinator, said the TRA board of directors recently received a letter from Four Sons Brewery owner Thom Sauber stating that the business was closed. Becker said it is his understanding that there is a prospective buyer who is in negotiations to purchase the space. Sauber and his family relocated out of state last year.
We are hopeful for a successful change in ownership as soon as possible, Becker said.
The TRA is the owner of the building, Becker said, adding that the authority can either lease the space or sell it to prospective tenants. The redevelopment authority can handle (the process of bringing in a new tenant), or steer the person in
