Good evening everyone.
We are here today to graduate and take that big step into the next chapter of our lives. During this transitional time, our actions will mold and eventually transform us into the men and women that we have yet to become. Also, our choices begin to influence our futures much more than they ever had before. Some may find this to be a little intimidating and become frightened of the new challenges the future has to offer. And if the uncertainty of the near future begins to overwhelm you, just take a minute and remember where you graduated from. For, despite what any negative entity may say, this is a great school, with its proud sports, excellent music program, and ever improving PSSA scores. Have no doubt when I say that we have been well prepared for whatever the future has to offer. The teachers are very knowledgeable and always gracious with their time. We have also received never ending and unconditional support from family, friends, and staff for all of our academic achievements. And as we leave the building we spent six years developing skills and memories in, we should be proud and honored that we spent them at Conneaut Valley High School. And so, class of 2006, congratulations, good luck, and God speed!
