Hunter Hayes headlines Crawford County Fair 2014 on Aug. 16

MEADVILLE — Country music performer Hunter Hayes, accompanied by guest stars, will be the first concert act to hit the stage at the Crawford County Fairgrounds on Aug. 16 at 7 p.m., as announced Friday morning by the Fair Board.

Hayes is a four-time Grammy nominee in categories such as Best Country Solo Performance, among others. Three tracks from his self-titled album were reportedly named No. 1 singles, eight million of which have been sold.

Hayes has shared a stage with acclaimed artists Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban and more.

Hunter will be joined by country duo Dan+Shay, comprised of Pittsburgh native Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney of Arkansas, known for their rich, soulful harmonies; and Sam Hunt, an up-and-coming artist from rural Georgia making his way through Nashville as a singer/songwriter with an eclectic style.

Tickets are $54.50 for premium race track seats, $44.50 for non-premium race track seats and $34.50 for grandstand seats, plus an $8 general admission ticket to the fair. Prices include service charges.
