Fellowship, fun and blessing of the crèche planned for Sunday Light-up Night in Conneautville

CONNEAUTVILLE — Conneautville’s annual Light-up Night and blessing of the crèche is Sunday at 6 p.m. in the borough on Main Street across from the library.

Pastor Robert Klingler of Valley Methodist Church will provide the blessing, and the voices of St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church will lead the performance of carols. Santa Claus will arrive to escort children and adults to the Fellows Club Fire Hall, where Santa will give candy and apples as he listens to each child’s wishes for toys on Christmas Day. In addition, the Conneaut Valley Woman’s Club will serve donuts and hot chocolate.

This annual event is sponsored by the Conneaut Valley Woman’s Club and the Fellows Club Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Service.
