Missing Albion man found unharmed in Edinboro

EDINBORO — An Albion area man who was reported missing from his home Tuesday night was found this morning at a diner in downtown Edinboro, according to Pennsylvania State Police at Girard.

Gregory Scott Ash, 51, of 11335 Route 18, Albion, was located unharmed oustide the Crossroads Dinor, 101 W. Plum St., in Edinboro around 8 a.m. by state police, according to a dispatcher at the state police barracks at Girard. The diner doesn’t open until 11 a.m. on Thursdays, according to its web site.

Ash had left his Albion home at 6 p.m. Tuesday and has not been seen until this morning, according to state police.

A missing persons report was filed with state police since Ash recently had brain surgery and does suffer from seizures, police said.
