Cochranton’s Kendell Dickson (left) and Tristan Knauff go up for a block against a Neshannock player during the opening round of the PIAA Class A girls volleyball tournament on Tuesday at Meadville Area Senior High’s House of Thrills. The Cardinals cruised past the Lancers 25-9, 25-8, 25-20 and will face defending state champion Clarion in the quarterfinals on Saturday at a site and time to be determined.
