Published March 06, 2008 11:15 pm - HorseFest opens in Missouri CNHI News Service Nationally known equine clinicians John Lyons and Ken McNabb will present horse training programs each day during HorseFest 2008, Friday through Sunday at Missouri State Entertainment & Event Center in Springfield, Mo.
HorseFest also features cowboy mounted shooting, a horse judging clinic by Shannon Cunningham, an expansive trade show and other attractions. Farm Talk of Parsons, Kan., sponsors the three-day event that draws exhibitors and show-goers from a number of states. HorseFest opens Friday and Saturday at 8:30 a.m., with Sunday's session following 9 a.m. Cowboy Church with John Lyons as speaker.
